Elder Class 2021 - 2022

Mrs Bannister

Class Elder

Welcome back! I hope you all had a nice summer holiday break.

Our topic this half term is 'Wonderful Me'.

Homework

Please read with your child every evening during the week. Reading books will need to come into school every Friday. We will then send them back home on Monday. You can keep these books at home until the following Friday. Homework will be sent home through Seesaw weekly.

Welly Wednesday

Children will need their wellies and outdoor clothes every Wednesday. Please remember that the windows and doors remain open all day regardless of weather so your child needs to be dressed appropriately.

P.E.

P.E. will be every Friday. Please make sure your child arrives in school with their P.E kit on. We will be outside for P.E.

Snack

Your child will need to bring a snack to school everday (usually a piece of fruit) in a clearly labelled small container or bag that is separate from their packed lunch.

Seesaw

Please remember if you need to contact me, I am available on Seesaw. You can send a private message and I will do all I can to assist you. You can also send an email to the office and it will be forwarded to me.

Take care,

Mrs Bannister.

What's Being Said?

"I never thought that Westwood was so large inside! From the road, it seems so small. What a wonderful use of space. The school has changed so much over the years!" - recent visitor to school
