War Exhibition 5th December main hall
Dear Parents/Guardians,
This Wednesday 5th December, there will be an exhibition of pupils work in the school hall between 2:30 and 5pm to commemorate the end of WW1 and to honour the great servicemen and women who have fought in honour of our country.
The children in Y5 and Y6 have been given an opportunity, through our History and English topics, to think about the impact of war and to explore why remembrance has become part of national life in the UK and other countries. We would be delighted if you would join the children as they share their work between 2:30 and 3:15pm. The exhibition will be open until 5pm for any parents wishing to attend after the end of the school day. After 3:15pm pupils are welcome to return to the exhibition with their parents/carers.
