Christmas Fair Thanks

Date: 11th Dec 2018 @ 4:15pm

Wow!!! What an amazing Christmas Fair! What an amazing feeling to know all that hard work paid off.

We (The PTA) the teachers, the teaching assistants and the children spent many weeks preparing for Christmas Fair 2018, it was a fantastic fundraising event filled with fun and festive cheer. Together we smashed our fundraising target! Not only that but we doubled the profits made on previous years! None of this would have been possible without the offers of help and assistance we received on the run up to the event and on the day itself.

We would like to thank Mrs Williams for all the extra hours she committed to help plan the whole event, thank you to the teachers, teaching assistants and the children for the wonderful crafts they made to sell, we thank the parents who helped to set up on the day, the parents mum’s who came along too and did a brilliant job looking after the babies whilst we got on. Thank you to the kitchen staff who stayed later to make that super tasty curry I just couldn’t get enough of! Yum Yum!! Thank you to my fellow PTA committee members who all played crucial roles in bringing you this event! The hard work and sleepless nights! Worth it!! We thank the local business who generously donated prizes to be raffled off; we thank Santa and his elf for making an appearance but most of all, we THANK YOU! The parents who came along to support the cause!

If you missed the opportunity to buy raffle tickets don’t worry! There is still time, tickets will be on sale at all the Christmas performances, the lucky winners will be announced at the community tea on December 20th doors open at 1.30pm…. Good luck
