BBC TEN PIECES ORCHESTRA - A WORLD OF CLASSICAL MUSIC
BBC ten pieces is opening up the world of Classical music to 7-14 year olds. As part of their latest initiative, the orchestra have been remotely visiting schools all over the country.
The children in Classes 6, 7 and 8 had a fantastic orchestral experience as members of the BBC 10 piece orchestra zoomed directly into their classrooms for remote music lessons. A range of instruments were used to demonstrate the classical music techniques that brought characters from children"s literature to life.
Classes 9 and 10 are hoping to see the BBC 10 pieces orchestra zooming into their classrooms soon too.
