Well Fed for healthy nutritious food choices

Well Fed ran a tasting session at Westwood on Tuesday, much to the delight of children, parents and staff. 

Gill Jones, Chair of Governors, stated  “Delighted to meet staff from well-fed this afternoon and exciting that our school, Westwood Community Primary School is one of three pilots in Flintshire  with this in-school fresh food initiative”.

Staff at Westwood are keen to help children recognise that good living starts with a healthy diet - Well Fed, working in collaboration with Newydd and our school, promotes healthy, nutritious food choices.
